Good to know
Privacy
In short: Brugdag keeps nothing on a server. Your plan is in your own browser's storage, and a shared plan is in the link itself.
What is kept, and where
Your settings and your days of leave are in your browser's local storage (localStorage), on your own device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. If you clear your browser data, or use a private window, your plan is gone.
Your choice of light or dark and your reading-comfort settings are in that storage too.
Sharing a plan
The share link holds your whole plan after the # sign. A browser never sends that part of a link to a server: only whoever gets the link can see your plan. So share it only with people you want to show it to.
The calendar file
Your browser makes the .ics file itself. What happens to it next depends on the calendar you open it in.
What we don't do
No cookies, no statistics or tracking, no ads, no account, no forms. The site loads no fonts or scripts from other parties. The host's server keeps technical connection logs to run the service, without your plan.
